2. Digital Product License

Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased assets for personal and commercial projects.

You MAY:

✅ Use assets in commercial and personal projects.

✅ Modify, customize, and adapt assets.

✅ Use assets in architectural visualization projects, animations, films, games, advertisements, presentations, and client projects.

3. Lifetime Usage Rights

The purchase of a product grants the customer lifetime usage rights for the downloaded assets.

This means customers may continue using the downloaded assets indefinitely in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

Lifetime usage rights do not include lifetime download access, cloud storage, backup services, or file recovery services.

4. Download Access Period

Customers will receive access to download purchased files after successful payment verification.

  • Download access remains active for 30 (Thirty) days from the purchase date.
  • Customers must download all purchased files within this period.
  • Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backup copies.
  • After 30 days, download access may be permanently removed.
  • Expired download links may not be restored.
  • 3DMotion.Store is not responsible for lost, deleted, damaged, or misplaced files after the download period expires.
  • No refunds, credits, or extensions will be provided due to failure to download files within the allowed period.

We strongly recommend creating multiple backups immediately after download.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

By purchasing from 3DMotion.Store, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • All payment information provided is accurate.
  • Payment transactions are lawful and authorized.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales made through 3DMotion.Store are final.

Once a purchase has been completed and access to the digital files has been provided, no refunds, returns, cancellations, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances.

By purchasing from 3DMotion.Store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • All products sold are digital downloads.

  • Digital products cannot be returned once access has been granted.

  • Refunds will not be provided for accidental purchases.

  • Refunds will not be provided for change of mind.

  • Refunds will not be provided due to lack of software knowledge, technical expertise, or user error.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer fails to download the files within the 30-day download access period.

  • Refunds will not be provided if the customer no longer requires the product after purchase.

Customers are encouraged to review all product descriptions, system requirements, licensing information, and Terms & Conditions carefully before completing their purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer expressly waives any right to cancel the order or request a refund after digital access has been granted.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to the website.
  • Interfere with website security.
  • Use automated systems to download content.
  • Reverse engineer proprietary systems.
  • Distribute malware or harmful code.
  • Use purchased assets in unlawful activities.
